The MMS team travelled to Beroroha using multiple modes of transport, treated a high number of patients alongside local hospital staff, performed rare thyroid surgeries, and responded compassionately to complex cases - including that of a severely ill child - despite challenges like power outages.

In 2025, we’re gearing up for transformative growth and expanded impact across Madagascar. Our plans include 10 medical safaris to eight locations, the launch of a new mobile clinic program, and expanded hygiene and clean water initiatives. We’ll also be commissioning a new hovercraft, refurbishing our bases, and building partnerships with other organisations to support critical missions.
