- 10 Medical Safaris to 8 locations all around Madagascar
- Launch our Mobile Clinic programme to new venues and to increase the frequency of visits to existing places
- Expand the number of villages trained and sensitized to hygiene practices; enable access to clean water; transfer skills in well-construction
- Complete refurbishment work on our bases to open up opportunities for longer term programmes and volunteer visits
- Ship, commission and deploy our new hovercraft
- Develop collaborations with partner organisations in Madagascar, with joint projects and use of HoverAid’s transport and logistics assets to support other compatible missions
