Plans for 2025

In 2025, we’re gearing up for transformative growth and expanded impact across Madagascar. Our plans include 10 medical safaris to eight locations, the launch of a new mobile clinic program, and expanded hygiene and clean water initiatives. We’ll also be commissioning a new hovercraft, refurbishing our bases, and building partnerships with other organisations to support critical missions.

We look forward to 2025 with exciting plans to deploy new capablities and reach even more people with life-changing aid and development support… 

  • 10 Medical Safaris to 8 locations all around Madagascar
  • Launch our Mobile Clinic programme to new venues and to increase the frequency of visits to existing places
  • Expand the number of villages trained and sensitized to hygiene practices; enable access to clean water; transfer skills in well-construction
  • Complete refurbishment work on our bases to open up opportunities for longer term programmes and volunteer visits 
  • Ship, commission and deploy our new hovercraft
  • Develop collaborations with partner organisations in Madagascar, with joint projects and use of HoverAid’s transport and logistics assets to support other compatible missions
  • Secure new business and church partnerships
